I am starting a Bums, Tums and Thighs Baggy T-Shirt class at Great Linford Memorial Hall specifically targeting the residents of Great Linford to encourage them to get the benefits of regular exercise. The class is aimed at those returning to exercise after having had a break, or children or for those not wanting commit to the monthly cost associated with joining a gym. The emphasis of the classes is increased muscular strength and endurance but a major part is that it must be fun. There is no age limit! I can guarantee at least one very young 68 year old (My mum!) and all the exercises can be as hard or as easy as the effort you put in.

I am happy to have a chat with anyone considering coming along and has concerns. All you need to bring is a towel or mat to lay on the floor and a drink, water is best. Trainers do need to be worn. The format of the class will be a short warm-up and then standing exercises for the thighs and glutes (Bum ☺) We will then move to the floor to work our abs (Tummy) and thighs! I really like to make my classes enjoyable and like to get to know my regulars. I have good music and encourage everyone to do as much or as little as they feel comfortable.
The cost is £5.00 per session if you pay each week but I will be offering a loyalty card whereby it is £20 for 5 classes which do not have to be consecutive but do need to be used within 8 weeks, this allows for holidays. Sickness and unexpected emergencies! Being a mum I know all about those!

I am really looking forward to meeting the residents of Great Linford and making some new friends along the way.
